Hello, my name is Sarah Mullay of Hjemli Reflexology, South Nesting, Shetland. I am a fully insured and registered Clinical Reflexologist with university-accredited qualifications at SCAF level 8, Indian Head Massage SCAF level 7, and Anatomy and Physiology at Diploma Level. I also incorporate Emmet Level 1 and 2 muscle release techniques into treatments at no additional cost.
I completed counselling level 2 and as well as being Trauma Informed, I work at Scottish cancer charity, Clan. To support my work, I also hold various qualifications in Mental Health and Additional Support Needs. I am qualified to work with babies, children, young teenagers, and maternity reflexology. I have recently qualified in Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ASMR and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and will be adding these techniques to my treatments.
I am planning to qualify in Swedish massage in Summer 2025.

I occasionally work in Orkney and on mainland Scotland. I have carried out treatments in Kirkwall and Scourie and plan to visit more remote and rural communities.
