Wear a cotton T shirt or similar. Remove glasses, necklaces and earrings if possible. If you can please tie hair up to allow me to work around your shoulders and neck. I will undo your hair band when I work on your scalp.
I will massage your upper back, shoulders and arms over your clothes, then your neck and scalp and face. I use award winning Soapery21 day oil on the neck area, but we can leave this if you prefer.
I use the massage couch and an Indian Head Massage chair outside or for express massages. I have pillows, blankets and a heated underblanket for chilly days.
Please let me know if you have any serious conditions, allergies or undergoing treatment for cancer. If you are concerned about any weight issues, please get in touch.
You may feel lightheaded or ‘spaced out’ after a treatment. This is completely normal, and you can sit until you feel able to move. Drink a sensible amount of water afterwards to help flush out toxins.
